Business Development and Relationship Executive

 

Position description: We hold the spirit of creating relationships with our clients in very high regard and this position is the face of that relationship. This position is a full time on-site role of Business Development. In this role the candidate will be responsible for developing new business leads, opportunities and sales through identifying, engaging and signing new landlords to the company. Your day to day activities will include, but are not limited to: creating and implementing strategies to gain new business, conduct market research, pitching to potential landlords, building and maintaining relationships with landlords and execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a clear and structured framework for business development to achieve company goals
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities locally in line with the company's strategic direction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders and potential clients
  • Follow the leads generated by all team members, extend offers, find interest areas
  • Manage relationships with clients and ensure successful collaboration
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and opportunities within the MENA and Global regions and to identify new target markets and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, managing all aspects from initiation to completion
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and results to senior management

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field (Advantageous)
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience, in sales or business development in Dubai - real estate or holiday home preferred
  • Strong understanding of market analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events locally and within the region.
  • Relationship building and networking skills
